Email Digest

A digest of your Gmail inbox, sent on your schedule.

Email Digest is a Gmail companion that reads the mail you received since your last digest, has AI summarize each message, and sends you one email from your own account: what needs action first, everything else after.

Sign in with Google

Google will ask you to allow Email Digest to read your Gmail and send email as you (see below for exactly why). After signing in you can send yourself a digest right away and turn on scheduled digests.

How it works

Every email is sorted into what needs you (replies, approvals, payments, meetings) and what's just for your information.
On your schedule
Digests arrive at the times you choose, in your time zone, covering everything since the last one.
Summary or full email
Each item has a one-line gist, a short summary with action items, and the full email one click away.
Private by design
Email bodies are never stored, your data is never sold or used for ads, and the digest is sent from you, to you.

How Email Digest uses your Google account

We ask only for the permissions the digest needs, and use them only to provide it to you.

Read your email (gmail.readonly)
To read the messages that arrived in your inbox since your last digest, so each one can be summarized and sorted. We never change, label or delete anything in your mailbox.
Send email on your behalf (gmail.send)
Only to send the digest from your own Gmail account to your own address. Email Digest never emails anyone else.
Your name, email address and profile picture (openid, email, profile)
To sign you in and show which account is connected.

Each email's content is sent to our AI provider only to produce its summary, and providers do not train on it. We never store your emails, their bodies or their summaries: the digest is built in memory and lives only in your own Gmail. Email Digest's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Read the full Privacy Policy.
